This guy was not about to catch a case.
An Italian man had an argument with his wife and left home.
He wound up walking 280 miles over 1 week.
He only stopped when police questioned him as to why he was out after COVID curfew.
The man told the cops his story. It turns out his wife had filed a missing persons report.
Adding insult to blistering foot pain, the police fined the man $485 for breaking curfew. Officers put the man up in a hotel. He told a local newspaper, “I’m fine. I’m just a little tired.”
The next day, his wife came to pick him up.
