Buster Keaton, named after the 1920′s silent screen comedian Buster Keaton, is the sweetest “kid” in the world. I rescued him when he was 3 at the Dumb Friends League after he was transported from a Kansas shelter. Not much is known about his Kansas upbringing. I sense he was abused then. Now, after 2 years of loving him, he is the most outgoing happiest baby in the world. I always talk and take pics of Buster. Meaning, I annoy my friends and relatives. LOL!

In 2012 Topo came in 2nd place at the Jammin 101.5 Cinco De Mayo Chihuahua Race. The victory was narrowly averted when he jumped into the other lane at the end of the last race and lost by a small margin. He has been training hard & is ready to win in 2013!!! Nala is a very playful young puppy. Very integrity, cutiest little dog EVER, Wodie plays with her all the time and makes her a tuff little cookie.

Otis loves people, especially our new lil 3 month old baby boy, Leo. He is protective of Leo and wants to lick him as if he’s his own. He is sometimes wary of dogs, but once he gets to know ‘em, he loves them, too. And he’s fast. Real fast. We take him to the park in Boulder so he can sprint!

Lala is a 2yr old long haired chihuahua. We bought her from a pet store as a companion for our boy dog Chico. Lala is very loving and gental to my kids. She loves to cuddle and eat treats. When you say the word “park” she goes crazy! She knows when steak is for dinner because she’ll wait like good dog for her t-bone. Lala is so sweet and loving. Chico is lucky to have her so are we.

Honey is a very outgoing dog who has a best friend named Sangha(a pitbull). Honey loves to sleep, but when she is very active she runs a muck. She just turned 3 in October and is a very friendly dog!!

Adelita is the biggest Drama Queen in our house! She will run to her momma every time she feels she has been hurt, wronged, or even almost stepped on. Adelita is a lover, not a fighter and does not even bark very often. Her favorite activities include taking long walks, being loved by “da momma”, and howling to the sound of a clucking chicken.

Shorty is quite the character he is a half hairless blue and white teacup that loves to be on the go! He took 2nd place the year before last due to being distracted. :0) Lets see if he can focus up this year and redeem himself!

Hugo rocks! He was rescued from the Aurora Animal Shelter in 2012 and has only wanted love ever since. During the day, he loves to play fetch and chew on anything he can find, but at night he prefers snuggling under the covers. Hugo is a rare find and is excited to race along his fellow Chihuahua friends!

Ashton is a happy and energized teacup chihuahua! He loves to have play dates with other small dogs and play around the house all day. He likes to try and boss his german shephard cousin GUAPO around. Ashton is so excited for the race!!

Lilah is simply amazing! She’s extremely lovable, playful and makes her place in the family well known. She loves to play fetch, run around the house with a huge smile, bite ankles, destroy toilet paper and stuffed animals.She’s definitely a lil sweetheart but it only takes one knock on the door to unleash the barking bandit! Saying her bark is bigger than her bite would be an understatement, we think she was born to be the biggest baddest dog out there but ended up with a tiny 6 lb. body! She’s our beautiful little guard dog and are so blessed to have her as part of our family!

Foley is the biggest baddest dog on the street, or at least he thinks. He is actually the biggest baby there is. I went into to get his sister, but I couldn’t leave him. He is a good friend that can always brighten your day.

Niaya is a fun loving submissive chihuahua who loves to cuddle and kiss. She’s a heater in the winter time, and a pest to her other pup sisters. Sometimes she gets so excited that she doesn’t know her name or purposely ignores you. This lil’ 6lb girl is capable of destroying through mini blinds and can make you jump by her oh so scary bark!

Lily was rescued from Lamar Humane Society at eight weeks old. She loves every person she meets and any animal she comes across. She has an unending amount of energy and loves to play fetch.

Zek is Ali’s love. He is a 2.5lb Hairy Chihuahua and loves his mommy and dressing up. His favorite place to shop for his fun outfits is Arc Thrift Stores where he is loved by employees and customers alike.

Ponyo is my sidekick and partner in crime. I have had her since she was 7 weeks old. She is in training to become my service dog to help me with my PTSD. She goes to work with me and school as well as my mental health center. She has a personality all her own. She brings smiles to people everywhere she goes. She is always up for a good game of tug-o-war or fetch. She has brought unimaginable joy to my life and I am forever indebted to her love and loyalty she gives me on a daily basis.

Sugar is our princess “chihuahua” our lil princess is spoiled so much she does not realize she is a dog she is 10 months and she weighs 4 pounds she dont walk to much, she is carried every where but when we put her down she is gone, our princess has little legs, but I think she will be good!

Chiquito is a rescued dog, we are still not so sure how old he is. He is still shy around people he doesn’t know and will scrunch down so you can’t pick him up but will socialize with any stray dog. When we got her back she had a large wound on her head which is a good sized scar now (but don’t tell her she would be devistated!) so she wears hats to cover it up. Sarita’s favorite pasttimes are bossing the other chihuahuas around, taking long walks, and howling to the sound of a clucking chicken.
